Victoria home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Victoria rose by $36,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 79 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $461,000 - a 8.5% increase over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Victoria in the first half of 2018, as well.
