Watertown (Carver County) home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Watertown in Carver County fell by $8,963 while total sales decreased by 39.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $243,038 - a 3.6% decrease over the $252,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Watertown in the second half of 2018.
