Medina home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Medina fell by $12,600 while total sales increased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $615,000 - a 2% decrease over the $627,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Medina in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Medina for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $5,848, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
