Orono home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Orono rose by $79,700 while total sales increased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 108 homes sold, with a median sale price of $609,700 - a 15% increase over the $530,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 99 homes sold in Orono in the second half of 2017.
