Edina home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Edina fell by $2,500 while total sales increased by 8.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 408 homes sold, with a median sale price of $530,000 - a 0.5% decrease over the $532,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 377 homes sold in Edina in the second half of 2017.
