Fridley home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Fridley rose by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 9.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 145 homes sold, with a median sale price of $238,000 - a 8.2% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 161 homes sold in Fridley in the first half of 2018.
