Mendota Heights home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Mendota Heights rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 10.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 3.9% increase over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 93 homes sold in Mendota Heights in the first half of 2018.
