Hampton (Dakota County) home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Hampton in Dakota County rose by $46,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $261,000 - a 21.4% increase over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Hampton in the first half of 2018, as well.
