West St. Paul home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in West St. Paul rose by $10,250 while total sales increased by 18.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 150 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,250 - a 4.9% increase over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 127 homes sold in West St. Paul in the first half of 2018.
