South St. Paul home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in South St. Paul rose by $11,500 while total sales decreased by 0.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 195 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,000 - a 5.6% increase over the $205,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 196 homes sold in South St. Paul in the first half of 2018.
