Northfield home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Northfield fell by $80,950 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,500 - a 28.4% decrease over the $285,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Northfield in the first half of 2018.
