Randolph home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Randolph rose by $38,500 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $356,000 - a 12.1% increase over the $317,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Randolph in the second half of 2018.
