Hampton (Dakota County) home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Hampton in Dakota County rose by $35,000 while total sales increased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 14.6% increase over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Hampton in the second half of 2018.
