Northfield home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Northfield fell by $15,000 while total sales increased by 34.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 5.2% decrease over the $290,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Northfield in the second half of 2018.
