Burnsville home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Burnsville rose by $17,000 while total sales decreased by 15.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 491 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 6.6% increase over the $258,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 581 homes sold in Burnsville in the second half of 2018.
