Inver Grove Heights home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Inver Grove Heights rose by $17,834 while total sales decreased by 15.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 244 homes sold, with a median sale price of $251,000 - a 7.6% increase over the $233,167 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 288 homes sold in Inver Grove Heights in the second half of 2018.
