West St. Paul home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in West St. Paul rose by $29,325 while total sales decreased by 28.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 128 homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,825 - a 13.9% increase over the $210,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 180 homes sold in West St. Paul in the second half of 2018.
