South St. Paul home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in South St. Paul rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 32.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 167 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $209,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 246 homes sold in South St. Paul in the second half of 2018.
