Blaine (Anoka County) home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Blaine in Anoka County rose by $22,000 while total sales decreased by 46%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 336 homes sold, with a median sale price of $267,000 - a 9% increase over the $245,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 622 homes sold in Blaine in the second half of 2018.
