Centerville home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Centerville fell by $8,100 while total sales decreased by 64.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $264,900 - a 3% decrease over the $273,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Centerville in the second half of 2018.
