Scandia home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Scandia fell by $16,550 while total sales decreased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $372,450 - a 4.3% decrease over the $389,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Scandia in the first half of 2018.
