St. Paul Park home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in St. Paul Park rose by $26,750 while total sales remained unchanged with 50 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,500 - a 13.5% increase over the $198,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in St. Paul Park in the first half of 2018, as well.
