Hugo home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Hugo rose by $9,750 while total sales decreased by 6.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 155 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 4.6% increase over the $210,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 166 homes sold in Hugo in the first half of 2018.
