Cottage Grove home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Cottage Grove rose by $22,000 while total sales decreased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 342 homes sold, with a median sale price of $272,000 - a 8.8% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 361 homes sold in Cottage Grove in the second half of 2018.
