Lakeland home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Lakeland fell by $4,358 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,642 - a 1.7% decrease over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Lakeland in the second half of 2018.
