Bethel home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Bethel rose by $48,950 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $233,950 - a 26.5% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Bethel in the second half of 2018.
