Anoka home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Anoka rose by $9,900 while total sales decreased by 34.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,900 - a 4.5% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 106 homes sold in Anoka in the second half of 2018.
