Mound home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Mound rose by $22,750 while total sales decreased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 119 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 9.6% increase over the $237,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 126 homes sold in Mound in the second half of 2017.
