Edina home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Edina rose by $23,200 while total sales increased by 3.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 356 homes sold, with a median sale price of $540,700 - a 4.5% increase over the $517,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 344 homes sold in Edina in the first half of 2018.
