Hanover home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Hanover fell by $215,050 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $384,950 - a 35.8% decrease over the $600,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Hanover in the first half of 2018.
