St. Louis Park home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in St. Louis Park rose by $19,500 while total sales increased by 2.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 388 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 6.5% increase over the $300,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 378 homes sold in St. Louis Park in the first half of 2018.
