Medicine Lake home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Medicine Lake rose by $588,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $738,000 - a 392% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Medicine Lake in the second half of 2018.
