Minnetonka home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Minnetonka rose by $22,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 417 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 417 homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,000 - a 6% increase over the $368,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 417 homes sold in Minnetonka in the second half of 2018, as well.
