Golden Valley home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Golden Valley rose by $35,500 while total sales decreased by 5.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 192 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,500 - a 11.5% increase over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 203 homes sold in Golden Valley in the second half of 2018.
