Rogers home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Rogers rose by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 25.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 82 homes sold, with a median sale price of $331,500 - a 2% increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 110 homes sold in Rogers in the second half of 2018.
