Loretto home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Loretto fell by $100 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $257,500 - a 0% decrease over the $257,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Loretto in the second half of 2018.
