White Bear Township home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in White Bear Township rose by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 13%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $286,500 - a 2.3% increase over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in White Bear Township in the second half of 2018.
