New Germany home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in New Germany rose by $24,100 while total sales increased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,500 - a 13.5% increase over the $178,400 median sale price for the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in New Germany in 2018.
