Lexington home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Lexington rose by $42,200 while total sales decreased by 28%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,200 - a 21.1% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Lexington in 2018.
