Eagan home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Eagan rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 9.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 1,050 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 13.5% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,157 homes sold in Eagan in 2018.
