Apple Valley home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Apple Valley rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 8.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 941 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 8% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,028 homes sold in Apple Valley in 2018.
