City of Austin issued the following announcement on Dec. 18.
The City of Austin was recently awarded over $843,000 of grants from The Hormel Foundation. The City Council approved this award at the December 2nd council meeting. The projects that these grants funded are listed below. We would like to express our sincere appreciation towards The Hormel Foundation and their generous contributions to the City of Austin and all of the supported agencies as we all strive to make Austin a better place to work, live, and play.
