Rogers home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Rogers rose by $15,600 while total sales decreased by 21%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 181 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,500 - a 5.6% increase over the $279,900 median sale price for the previous year. There were 229 homes sold in Rogers in 2016.
