Roseville home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Roseville rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 13.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 379 homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,500 - a 8% increase over the $219,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 436 homes sold in Roseville in 2016.

The median sales tax in Roseville for 2017 was $2,932. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,917. This marks an increase of 0.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.2%.
