St. Paul home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in St. Paul rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 5.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 3,389 homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,000 - a 6.4% increase over the $172,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 3,599 homes sold in St. Paul in 2016.
