Maplewood home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Maplewood rose by $21,250 while total sales decreased by 2.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 468 homes sold, with a median sale price of $216,250 - a 10.9% increase over the $195,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 478 homes sold in Maplewood in 2016.
