Grant home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Grant rose by $41,000 while total sales decreased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $439,500 - a 10.3% increase over the $398,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Grant in the second half of 2016.
