Pine Springs home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Pine Springs fell by $79,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $368,500 - a 17.7% decrease over the $447,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Pine Springs in the second half of 2016.
