Cottage Grove home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Cottage Grove rose by $1,400 while total sales decreased by 11.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 285 homes sold, with a median sale price of $238,400 - a 0.6% increase over the $237,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 321 homes sold in Cottage Grove in the second half of 2016.
