Shorewood home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Shorewood rose by $53,600 while total sales decreased by 23.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $445,000 - a 13.7% increase over the $391,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 88 homes sold in Shorewood in the first half of 2016.
